Are there direct flights to Phuket?

No. All capital cities will require domestic and international connections into Phuket as there are no direct flights. We are currently looking at two possible alternate airlines, Singapore and Thai. Both will have a stopover in either Singapore or Bangkok respectively.

Do I require a VISA to enter Thailand?

No, you do not require a VISA to enter Thailand. But you will need at least 6 months remaining on your passport from your expected date of departure to travel.

Do I require injections?

We advise you seek the advice of your doctor regarding any vaccinations. Alongside ensuring you are up-to-date on routine vaccinations (e.g. measles/mumps/rubella, tetanus, etc.), many doctors recommend jabs for Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B and Typhoid.

Should I purchase travel insurance?

We strongly recommend you take out comprehensive travel insurance prior to your departure to cover any overseas medical costs, including medical evacuations. Ensure you confirm that your insurance covers you for the whole time you’ll be away and check what circumstances and activities are not included in your policy. Remember, regardless of how healthy and fit you are, if you can’t afford travel insurance, you can’t afford to travel.

If I commit, are there cancellation fees?

Yes. These fees will be determined on a case by case basis.

Can I go earlier or stay later?

Yes. When registering for the MCR online, simply tick the ‘Extend My Trip’ box. Ian Jane from Bentleigh Travel will then contact you to assist in arranging the details of your extended trip. The hotel will give you corporate price for 3 days before and 3 days after the MCR.

Can I include selected tours and Golf Day into my instalments?

Yes. When registering for the MCR online, simply follow the prompts on the registration page and the total cost at the bottom will recalculate with your selections.

Flights and Transfers

As part of the MCR package, your flights are included, which also includes airport transfers on 28th March 2020 and 4th April 2020 only.

For those who have purchased their own flights, OR are NOT arriving on Saturday 28th with a Choices Flooring organised flight, you will need to organise your own airport transfers.
