Welcome to the Magic Carpet Ride 2025 app (“the App”), developed for attendees of the Magic Carpet Ride event hosted by Choices Flooring and Newfurn Events.
By using this app, you agree to the following terms.

1. Purpose

The app is intended solely for providing information to registered attendees of the Magic Carpet Ride 2025 event in Vietnam. It functions as a digital brochure and event guide.

2. License of Use

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use in connection with the event. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or modify the app or its contents.

3. Content Accuracy

We aim to provide accurate, up-to-date event information. However, the app content is subject to change. Choices Flooring is not responsible for any scheduling changes, errors, or omissions.

4. No Liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Choices Flooring (Newfurn) is not liable for:

• App malfunction or downtime

• Changes to event schedules or content

• Any damages arising from app use

5. Offline Access

The app is designed to work offline, but some features (such as Google Translate) may require internet access. Choices Flooring is not responsible for connectivity issues on user devices.

6. Ownership

All content in the App is owned or licensed by Choices Flooring (Newfurn) and may not be copied or used without permission.
